Music Monday: Wake me up

It's been a busy few weeks, and I've been feeling less than motivated to blog lately. I'm trying to catch up on your great blogs, too, but just know that I may be reading all your posts on Sunday evenings, as that's when I finally have some time.

I know this song has been all over the radio, but I love it and wanted to share it anyway. I am hoping to have my brother, a guitar virtuoso, learn it so we can record an acoustic version of it over Thanksgiving.

By the way, I didn't watch the music video, but a lot of the comments on YouTube said it was really weird, so you may just want to play this in the background if that's the case. :)

    I'm OBSESSED with that song still. But yeah,the music video and voice dubs in it are just odd. :)

    The video reminded me of how they filmed the Hunger Games. Sepia like tones? But I didn't get it. Were they aliens? Cult members? Interesting. I liked the song.

    i have this song on my running playlist, it really gets you moving! I didn't watch the whole video so I can't comment on it's weirdness. I find sometimes it's really hard to find the time to blog and I usually sit down and read my faves when I have a block of time. it used to be sunday's too but now it seems to be monday or tuesday afternoons!

    LOOOOOVE this song! But I do NOT like this video.
    And seriously, blogging takes so long. I wish I could bust out a post in 5 minutes but it can take me a whole hour to get one done. Ridiculous! So if I don't get out of bed BEFORE the crack of dawn, I usually don't blog that day!

    So funny Lindsay about the video. I love this song and it's on ever day when I'm getting ready and then one day I watched the video and it is kinda weird and really random. I love that you catch up on blogging Sunday night and it is a great time to read and I think you should blog more when you feel like it and are inspired and take breaks when you want too. Every month is different. Great post!!
